The main tourist spot in South Korea is the Gyeongbokgung Palace, Seoul, which is considered as the jewel of Seoul’s historic places was founded by Lee Seong-Gye, the founder of the Joseon Dynasty. It is a magnificent rectangular palace which features Royal apartments and staterooms, gardens and elegant lotus ponds.

Next tourist spot that we should surely visit is the Namsangol Hanok Village, Seoul, which is centered on five restored Korean historical homes depicting various social levels from the Joseon Dynasty, where we can not only explore the houses but also enjoy traditional tea, there are shops for souvenirs, browse traditional crafts or try our hand at ancient games like ‘neolttwigi’(jumping on a see-saw) or arrow-throwing.

Next tourist spot filled with fun and thrills for the tourists is the Lotte World, Theme Park , the main theme park of Seoul.

The tourist spot which should not be missed in a South Korean trip is the Insa-dong, which is the capital’s heart and artistic soul. Countless art galleries and antique shops are here.

The recreational feature in Seoul is the Mount Namsan. There are several attractions in Namson Park which includes Maritime Aquarium, botanical gardens, fountains, and the Seoul Tower,1,575ft height, offers a fantastic view of the city and surrounds.

Some other places that we can’t miss are Myeong-dong. Seoul’s retail heaven,  Incheon, a major Korean port city, Bongeunsa, a Buddhist Temple, which offers ‘Temple Stay Program’ where visitors can live as monks do for a few hours,  the ChangdeokgungPalace, the Seoul Olympic Park and Stadium, and Jogyesa, the chief temple of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism.
