Amazing beauty of Kullu Manali

I had one of my best summer vacations this year in Kullu Manali.  Manali is a beautiful hill station surrounded by massive snow clad mountains and thick pinewood forests in Himachal Pradesh.  This year my vacation trip was with my friends. This natural paradise is nestled on the banks of the river Beas. [caption id="attachment_903" align="alignnone" width="300"] Kullu Manali[/caption] We stayed in Green Vista Cottage in Kullu Manali. The hospitality we received there was awesome. Rohtang Pass is one of the best tourist places to visit in Manali. A drive up to the Pass is simply breathtaking. Even though ours was not a pilgrim tour we had a great time visiting  Vashisht Temple, Manikaran Gurudwara, and Hadimba Temple. The next day morning we decided to make our trip adventurous and planned for rafting in the Beas river. That was really a challenging task for us. All of us enjoyed a lot. That day was tiresome and we decided not to plan a lot for the same. We had a great trekking experience on the other days with our guide to Hampta Pass, Malana, Pin Parvati, Chandrakhani Pass, and Friendship Peak. We also went to Solang Valley but the best time to visit there is winter season. The valley is best for first time skiers.
