July to September is the best time to visit Goa. One of the reasons to visit Goa during monsoons is also due to the festival of Sao-Joao (the fertility feast of Saint John the Baptist) that is held during late June.

Rooms : *4BHK Villa:- Maximum occupancy- 12
*Children between 6-12 years can stay for Rs. 1500/- + taxes per night (except from 22nd Dec. to 04th Jan. 16).
*5 nights minimum stay during New years period.
Inclusions:-
*One group pickup and one group drop from Airport or Thivim railway station (Min 3 nights stay).
*Welcome drink on arrival.
*Daily breakfast from 7.30 am to 10.30 am.
*Free use of common swimming pools (The presidential villas have private pools as well).

Bedrooms : The villa comprises of four spacious en-suite bedrooms that open up to a balcony.
*Each of the four bedrooms have been furnished with a king size bed, a sofa, a dresser, a wardrobe and an electronic safe.

Kitchen : The kitchen is also air-conditioned and is fully equipped with crockery and utensils as well as a full range of appliances including a microwave oven, washing machine and dishwasher. Self Cooking is allowed.

By Airport:-
Nearest Airport in Goa is Dabolim. Prepaid taxi is available from the outside counter on the airport.
By Train:-
The nearest railway station is at Thivim, and taxi from there takes about 20 minutes. Other railway stations are at Margao and Vasco da Gama.
By Bus:-
Frequent state buses go to and from other parts of Goa. The nearest bus stand is Mapusa.
Distance from Mapusa bus stand to the property is 15 KM.

*Check-out time : 11:00 hrs.
*Check out not allowed on 31st December.
