Pattom is located approximately 4 KMs north of centre of Trivandrum.

Trivandrum city has pleasant climate so travellers can visit here throughout the year but still the best time to visit Trivandrum is from October to March.

Rooms : 1) 2 Budget AC Double Room :1 on Ground Floor and 1on First Floor Maximum occupancy per room- 02, 2)Deluxe AC Family :First Floor : Maximum occupancy per room-4, 2 Adults and 2 Children. 3)Super Deluxe AC Family Room: Maximum occupancy per room- 04, 2 Adults and 2 Children. 4)Economy Double Height AC Room/ 2nd Floor: Maximum Occupancy 8 Adults. Totally 20 Adults can occupy per entire property at one time.

Bedrooms : All bedrooms are AC with WiFi facility. Except for 1 Budget AC Double Room on the first floor all Rooms are Bath attached.

Kitchen : The Kitchen is equipped with a Refridgerator, Washing Machine, Cooking Stove, Cups, Plates and Cutlery.An ironing board and iron are also placed in the living room. A TV with all National and International channel is in the living room. Dining table and chairs are also placed for common use by guests.

By Air:- The nearest airport is the Trivandrum International Airport, at about 9 KMs from our property. By Rail :- The nearest railway station is Thiruvananthapuram Central railway station at 7 KMs. The State run Central Bus station is opposite the railway station. Bus at a frequency of 10 minutes ply from this stand to Pattom. From Pattom Junction to our proprty is just 10 minutes walk. Kochuveli is another station , and about 8 kms from Pattom. By Road : Taxi and Autorickshaw services are available from all the railway stations.
