There are direct buses from Delhi to Mussoorie operated by state transport services and private operators, besides the private taxis favoured by majority of travellers. Buses ply at regular intervals from Dehradun to Mussoorie. There are regular bus services from various metros and other tourist destinations in Uttaranchal as well as from outside the state.

Tullahmore Suites, a colonial bungalow in Mussoorie, has a history of over a century and has been recently renovated and refurbished to magnificence. It derives its name from the Irish word, Tulach Mhr meaning "great mound". It is majestically located on a mound overlooking the beautiful valley and the Himalayan range replete with scenic locales. Tullahmore Suites has been recently awarded the status of a Gold Category property under the "Incredible India Bed & Breakfast Establishment" of the Ministry of Tourism. Built on a 2,900 sq mt plot, it is advantageously situated at the Harnam Singh road just 200 meters from the Lal Bahadur Academy and 2 Kms from the Roadways and Taxi Stand of Mussoorie.
