Malsi Deer Park: The Park is at the base of the Shivalik range in Dehradun. The main inhabitants here are Tiger, two horned deer, Neelgai, etc.

Sahastradhara: This tourist spot is located about 16 Kms from Dehradun. The word meaning of ‘Sahastradhara’ is ‘thousand springs’. There exists a belief that the water of the springs has certain medicinal properties and therefore can cure skin ailments.

Rajaji National Park: The Park is spread over an area of 820 sq.kms. The park is home for animals such as Bengal Tiger, Asian Elephant, Leopard, Jungle Cat, etc and also for about 315 species of birds.

Tapkeshwar Temple: This is a cave temple dedicated to Lord Shiva. The temple is about 5.5 kms from the city center.

The hill city also offers adventurous activities like paragliding, skiing, angling and river rafting. The city is famous for its picturesque landscape and pleasant climate.
